Customer Review #1:
interesting
Being that I spent some summers in Harlem with my Aunt and I have been there for the layman religous forum at that same Chock Full of Nuts I think the pamphet hits its mark but it is very important to understand that this was extracted out of the Authors 3 part volume. Now those volumes are a must read if this book has interest you.

Required reading for King James Version followers
I used to think the kjv was the only bible from God (OT) written in his own words and later in Jesus (NT) words. After reading this reference guide, I have come to understand the bible is a collection of stories (versions)written from "men inspired by God" (see front credits of any kjv) including Shakespeare. This means anyone "inspired by God" can write such a inspirational book such as a pastor, bishop, rabbi, cardinal, etc. Even an ordinary man or woman can do so if he/she is "inspired" to do so. My second discovery which is just as fascinating, was at least 16 major versions of the bible were written before the kjv. The first one written approx 6000-7000 years ago (5000-4100 BC) There are also dozens of bibles other than kjv that you should find somewhat difficult or expensive to obtain. (I wonder why!) I close in saying the 3 major religions, Christanity, Judiasm and Islam all require you to seek God through Jesus, Abraham and Mohammad and basically three books (KJV, Talmud/Torah, Koran). Just like there are dozen of references to read about any subject, one should seek out more than one reference to the truth.

Not worth the bother
As a serious student of history and Bible study, I thought that the title made this pamphlet seem like it might present a new and challenging perspective. Something to provoke thought. Well, I could not have been more wrong. Even at 24 pages it is almost all padding. At best out of an entire paragraph, one sentence might contain some real content. But that is true only half the time. Most of what little information is given is not new or controvertial. It is for the most part available in any good bible/history study. The only part that is even remotely new or interesting, is that it is written entirely from a Afro-centric point of view. And if you are black, none of that is new, either. In short both a waste of time and money. Even if free, it might not be worth the two minutes of your life it would take to read it.
